Great value for the price. No annual membership to pay for. May need to measure different targets to ensure you're getting the correct distance.Pro: Light weight if you're carrying it on your waist belt and walking 18 holes.
Some of the distance are questionable because when I shoot a flag, it gives out 20 yards more then what it posted at the driving range. Not so good in dim lighting. I bought the rangefinder to measure out driving range's flag distances.
Need to have a big target and steady hands to operate it correctly. Good tool for a beginner golfer to practice his yardage. When shooting at a yardage sign (which is a bigger target) the yardage is similar to the posted yardage (maybe 1-3 yards difference).
Also at night, it's very hard or impossible to get a reading unless the object you're shooting is white.Con: Flimsy, almost toy type construction.
It wasnt very expensive, super easy to use, great. Bought this for my dad (he lives in Argentina), he was soo happy. playing to measure everything in the house.
Have used Bushnell's other products with Pinseeker technology, and they work well. I was willing to give it a shot for the low price, but I returned it after a single round. I'll buy one of those when I'm ready to suck up the bigger price. I bought this item for use on the golf course. It seemed to work fine determining distance to large fixed objects, but it couldn't lock on the flag stick.
I had this rangefinder once and sold it, I miss it so I got the one I have now, but it seem this one take longer to get my yardages, also I feel it does not fine a long range like 200 yards and be on.and some times it does give me the yarders, could it be a bad battery.Eddie Irlanda
trees, etc). This item was returned for credit. When only the flag was visible, it would not register the distance at all. it would only register the farther away target. It simply does not work outside of about 100 yards. Beyond 100 yards or so, when the flag was in front of any other target (i.e.
